An existing CORElectric, Inc. Client orchestrated the of bringing of this Korean-backed plastics recycling facility to Santa Ana, CA.  CORElectric, Inc. was selected to facilitate a complete Design-Build power service and distribution installation for Hanil Eco Solutions’ proprietary technology that extracts all the plastics from household consumer appliances like refrigerators, washers, dryers, etc.  There are 7 types of plastic in the recycling industry and to date, only 3 are commercially recycled.  Because of Hanil’s proprietary technology and equipment, all 7 types of plastics can be recycled in Southern California.  Before CORElectric, Inc. could move the project to and through the City of Santa Ana and Southern California Edison approval processes, it had to understand and relate the electrical requirements of the highly specialized machinery and equipment from multiple different countries into the California Electrical Code and on to a plan for approval.  From an empty site and building to an international recycling facility, CORElectric, Inc. delivered 100% of initial concept to operational completion in just 14 months!
